  2. 2Tick Account data for the last year, or Extended streaming history for every year you've had Spotify.
  3. 3Confirm the email. Spotify sends the files when they're ready, usually within days.
  4. 4Drop every StreamingHistory_music_*.json or Streaming_History_Audio_*.json file here at once. Podcasts count too.

How do I see my total Spotify listening time?

Request your data under Spotify › Account › Privacy › Download your data. Account data covers the last year; Extended streaming history covers every year. Drop the StreamingHistory or Streaming_History_Audio JSON files here.

Is it the same number as Spotify Wrapped?

Close, but not always identical. Wrapped uses Spotify's own cut-off dates and rules. This adds up the milliseconds played in your files, for any date range, including podcasts and plays after Wrapped's cut-off.

Do skipped songs count?

Yes, for the seconds they actually played. A song skipped after 10 seconds adds 10 seconds.

Are podcasts and audiobooks included?

Yes. Episodes count under the show's name, next to your artists.
