Your licence

Your licence key is in the receipt email from your purchase. Activate it in Settings › Licence. A key covers the number of Macs you bought, 1, 2, 5 or 10, and you can move it between Macs.

Find it inTimecard Settings › Licence

Activate

  1. Open Timecard Settings and find Licence.
  2. Paste the key from your receipt email.
  3. Click Activate. Sealed cards can now be printed from Cards.

Move to another Mac

On the old Mac, open Settings › Licensed and click Remove from this Mac. That frees its slot on the key, so you can activate the key on the new Mac. Your history stays on the old Mac.

Without a licence

Tracking and the window always work. Only printing locks: each day's card is kept sealed and prints once you activate a key.

I can't find my licence key.

Search your email for the receipt from your purchase. Still missing? Email princeajuzie1@gmail.com from the address you bought with.

It says the key is already in use.

Every Mac it's active on uses a slot. Remove it from a Mac you no longer use in Settings › Licensed, then try again.

Can I get a refund?
